Goldfinch Referral Program Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Goldfinch Referral Program (“Program”), you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility
   •    The referrer must be a current Goldfinch member in good standing.
   •    The referred person must sign up for a paid Goldfinch membership for the referral to qualify.

2. Reward
   •    The reward is a $20 gift card redeemable at any NRG restaurant (or as otherwise specified).
   •    Gift cards have no cash value and are non-transferable.
   •    Only one reward per referred member will be issued.

3. Fraud Prevention
   •    Submitting false or duplicate referrals may result in disqualification from the Program.
   •    Goldfinch reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of any referral before issuing a reward.

4. Privacy
   •    By submitting this form, you consent to the collection and use of the information provided solely for managing the Program.
   •    Personal information will not be shared outside of Goldfinch and GiftRocker, except as necessary to issue the gift card.

5. Program Changes
   •    Goldfinch reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without notice.

6. Acceptance
   •    Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
